#1 Podcast Episode - Cycle Breaking on My Sister's a Therapist!
We hit #1 out of 61 episodes, woohoo!
🤩Hey there Badass Cycle Breaker!🤩
Welcome to all of our new cycle breaker parents who joined our tribe during the Cycle Breaker Reparenting Summit! I hope you enjoyed hearing from all of the wonderful speakers and connecting with like-minded badass cycle breakers like yourselves:)
Here are some quirky things about me, so we can get to know each other a bit:
⭐ I hate doing laundry and dishes (with a passion!)
⭐ My favorite food is sauce, I have to have at least one sauce with every meal. For real, like serious.
⭐ I have never seen the original Top Gun movie.
⭐ I have been sky diving and bungee jumping, not at the same time.
⭐ My favorite ice cream is chocolate chip mint.
⭐ My two favorite movies of all time are “When Harry Met Sally” and “Friend Green Tomatoes.”
Okay now let’s dive into some exciting news!
PODCAST EPISODE: My Sister’s A Therapist
The other day, I got a text from my friend Laura Ryan who is the podcast host of “My Sister’s a Therapist.” Her text said “Thank you!” with this picture:
I was on their podcast a few months ago and apparently my episode with them: “Cycle Breaking with Evelyn Vieira” is the #1 episode they’ve had out of 61 episodes!
Pretty cool, right!?!?! I’m stoked that I have had the opportunity to share some tips and insights as well as learn from Laura and her sister.
Here is the lowdown about the podcast:
Laura is a marriage and family therapist and her sister is a comedian so the combination of the two of them is quirky, funny and meaningful conversations! We had a great time chatting about all things cycle breaking:)
Over this holiday season, take some time to relax, laugh and enjoy listening to a parent coach, therapist and comedian talk about generational trauma in a light-hearted but meaningful kind of way. It was a blast to be on their show- I hope you enjoy listening to it!
You can listen to the episode below:
Here are some of the topics we discuss:
👍🏻 How generational trauma shows up in our parenting and different tools you can use to gain awareness and show up for your children differently.
👍🏻 Why some mice hate cherry blossoms and how that relates to generational trauma.
👍🏻 The ACES test that can help you understand your health risks based on your trauma experiences before the age of 18. Click the button below to learn more about the ACES test and see what your score is.
My hope and passion is to support as many parents as possible who are ready to claim their badassery and transform their legacy from narcissistic abuse so they can free themselves and their children from the chains of family dysfunction.
Are you ready to unleash your inner badass?
Don’t allow where you’ve come from to determine where you are going! You deserve more and so do your children:)
